Beginning with one of Europe's oldest passage tombs, we visit Neolithic monuments and sites of  Passage, Court, Portal & wedge tombs.

This will include Carrowmore & Carrowkeel Passage tomb sites in Sligo,  the Kilcloony Dolman and Bavin court tombs in Co, Donegal.

The 3 day course covers the theory and practical aspects of archaeological survey and recording, with hands on field trips to the most important sites in the North West of Ireland.
